Ahhhh. The reason for the season.
If I didn't have faith
I would never be able to cope
with this chronic joblessness.
So I went to make my oatmeal,
the way I do nearly every morning,
And what a mess!
Remind me to put on my glasses before
operating the microwave oven!
I must have hit 300 instead of 30
because the entire microwave oven
was coated with oatmeal.
And guess what?
When I took the saucer off the bowl-
it was empty!
Ugh.
